INVESTMENT
Selva Studio is available for booking any day, from 8am-8pm and available after hours, just ask! All reservations must be paid in full. Please note there are no cancellations, only rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to booking date. Renter is subject to additional fees if furniture is damaged, stained, or moved without permission.

do you offer discounts for half or full day?
Yes, we offer discounts for half (6 hours) or full day (8+ hours) bookings. Cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
There is metered street parking available for you and your guests.
