Your booking includes access to the full studio (1,135 sq. ft  of space plus an additional 625 sq. ft. of outdoor balcony space), props, lighting equipment, and amenities such as wi-fi, snacks & drinks, tea station, etc. Additional equipment or services may be available upon request.

Sunday-Saturday 9am - 5pm. By request, we can offer early/after hours bookings.

Street parking is available, come early to have time to park!

Can I bring my own props or furniture?

Can I bring my own props or furniture?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring props or furniture, but please let us know in advance to ensure it fits within the space.

What is your cancellation policy?

To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, please do so 24 hours in advance. Please note, you will receive full studio credit which can be redeemed within 60 days by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. No shows will be charged the full booking fee. We do not issue refunds, but offer credits for use.

Yes, a studio assistant can be available during your shoot to help with equipment, setup, and any questions.

What happens if we go over our booked time?

What happens if we go over our booked time?

We get you may need extra time! So as a courtesy, we will allow a 15 minute grace period. Any time beyond that of your booking will be a charge at the discounted booking rate of $100/hr, $50 per half hour. An invoice will be sent to you to be paid within 14 days.

Yes! We have local professional photographers and videographers who offer a discounted price if you choose to work with them at our studio. If you're interested please send us an email at hello@arielcarr.com and we will provide their portfolio and rates.

Yes! It is allowed, but no food outside kitchen area. Please be courteous to other guests and don't take from the snacks/fridge excessively.

Things happen! If something is damaged or broken please inform us immediately.

Furniture Stains: A minimal $150 cleaning fee will be assessed to any booking who leaves an excessive mess or leaves residue on furniture. This includes food, make up, and any other visible stain left on a surface.

Property Damage: Property damage will result in replacement at renters' expense.
